@jkinuthia08 says @Senate_KE should educate the public on the new formula. Even with old formula, @TurkanaCountyKE would get lower revenue today on parameters such as poverty in which they got more using 5.2% poverty rate in 2009 census but will get less at 4.1% using 2019 data.
