Monthly performance review - September Account return: +12.6% Profit factor: 1.63 Huge milestone as this is the first month of me fully trading systematically instead of discretionary. I've started the month with a small size per trade as I need to gain confidence in the system. Made plenty of mistakes along the way, including discretionary trades or overriding my system rules, but closed the month green. All of my discretionary trades and system overrides are a net loss, so the main lesson for me is to switch my brain of during trading and do nothing else than following my system rules. Easier said than done after years of discretionary trading. VERY happy with the performance though. If I would have followed my system exactly, the return % for this month would have been a lot higher. I'm sizing up for October and will be reducing size on discretionary longs or skipping them completely until long playbook is further defined. Excited for the journey ahead.🫡

here we go again. It’s a pretty common theme to attack me and discredit everything I do, regardless of what I share to prove otherwise. Why? Because it gains traction for all the influencers. i wanted to address the “paper trading” allegations on X, but before i do i want to point out that the ones capitalizing on the engagement are the same ones who have flip flopped their narrative on me again and again. the same people saying i’m a paper trader suddenly decide my trading is real when im losing or in drawdown. whatever positioning gets them the most engagement is the narrative they run with. I’ve been trading for 11 years now and have a longer track record than most in this space. If you go back and watch my YouTube videos you’ll see my broker statements presented. I can appreciate healthy skepticism and will continue to show the statements to those it benefits. Now let’s address the paper trading allegation. A video is floating around that I posted where you see “paper trading” on my screen. Yes, I had paper trading open. But why is the first assumption that I’m a paper trader? Am I not allowed to open paper trading? If I do, I’m immediately a paper trader? That window was open because I tell everyone in my community to paper trade first and I walk them through how to do it. See the attached video that I recorded for my community where you can clearly see paper trading open while I’m walking them through TradingView paper trading. Now let’s assume I’m lying about that and people still want to call me a paper trader simply because I had paper trading open while teaching my community. That would mean I don’t trade real money and that I’m not profitable. Well I’ve posted my broker statements for the last four years, all on YouTube. See attached. Let’s also address my recent trade where I made $18k. When I posted it, people on X said it was fake and that it was paper trading because of certain settings. Here is the attached order ID number for that trade. I’m up $57k this year so far and I’ve stopped sharing trades and updates with the trading community because regardless of whether I share or not, people will continue to come at me because it gets views. All items are attached below. I’ll make a YouTube video soon to address this as well. But give it a break at this point.

Blight: Survival is an upcoming medieval zombies game with its entire premise being Knights taking on Zombies and it looks freaking sick I am kinda surprised nobody has done this idea in a major game before, it goes so hard. Hope it comes out soon!

Overall, significant upgrade to the American diet. Some longevity tweaks: 0. Milk and dairy should be deprioritized and moved down the inverted pyramid, especially for adults. In adults, and particularly men, milk protein has an unfavorable amino acid composition, being high in Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs). BCAAs have been linked to metabolic disease and preclinically shown to accelerate cancer growth. BCAAs, especially leucine, are potent mTOR activators; while essential for growth, repair, and survival, mTOR hyperactivation accelerates aging and is a common mechanism underlying several chronic diseases. Milk protein has been associated with inflammation, blood glucose dysregulation, and weight gain in some mechanistic and observational studies; however, randomized controlled trials show inconsistent effects. In a longevity-focused context, high dairy-derived BCAA intake may nonetheless contribute to metabolic stress, including impaired glucose handling and weight gain, in susceptible adults and is therefore best moderated. Saturated fatty acids are another concern. The American Heart Association recommends limiting saturated fat to 5–6% of total energy (around 13 g/day at a 2,000 kcal intake) when targeting LDL reduction, which is particularly important for men over 40 and post-menopausal women, high-risk groups for cardiovascular disease, still the leading cause of death in developed societies including the US. 1. Legumes should have their own prominent category, placed high on the pyramid as a primary protein and dietary fiber source. Plant-based protein has been associated with better health and longevity outcomes in several large population studies across various societies, including the US. Legume fiber has health promoting qualities, including the reduction of colon cancer risk. 2. Meat belongs on the pyramid but with an emphasis on high-quality, non-processed sources. It should occupy a lower rank and be optional, especially for adult men. Red meat is associated with increased chronic disease and mortality risk in multiple large population studies. These results might be confounded by healthy user bias and a lack of specific information about meat sources. However, processed red meat is strongly implicated in driving chronic age-related disease and shorter lives in all studies. The same concern about saturated fats applies here, especially for men over 40 and post-menopausal women. 3. Healthy fats (unrefined cold-pressed oils, nuts, and fatty fish) belong at the top, next to legumes and vegetables. Olive oil, avocados, and macadamia nuts are rich in healthy Monounsaturated Fatty Acids (MUFAs) shown to reduce heart disease and all-cause mortality risk as part of Mediterranean-style dietary patterns demonstrated in large randomized controlled trials. Fatty fish and walnuts are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, which are essential for lowering cholesterol, providing systemic and vascular anti-inflammatory protection, and slowing down biological aging in interventional studies, along with vitamin D. What it did well: shifted away from highly processed starches and added sugars toward protein and fat rich foods Children are well positioned to benefit from the highly anabolic effects of milk and red meat proteins and are least affected by the risk of saturated fats, provided these are part of a relatively balanced diet.

2025 pretty much done. Finally getting account equity to somewhat comfortable levels so I can start compounding. Small cap market changed a lot in my view. Focusing more on mid/large cap automation. Still not even close to where I want to be. Back to work in 2026. @tradersync

2025 Performance: Ending the year near ATH. Best year in terms of PnL and performance. Focussed on maximizing gains and minimizing drawdowns. 89% winrate, 218 greendays, 27 reddays with my avg loser being 1,5x times bigger than my avg winner. Only struggle was November as I took quite some losses and wasn't in tune with the market but Dec made up for that. Nov was my first very small red month since Sept 2023 and it happens. Focus on 2026: Expand my long setups and continue to compound big oppertunities like I did this year while keeping DD minimized. Shoutout to anyone trading fulltime, yall know who you are. Trading is fucking hard, big respect to everyone out there pulling out consistent numbers
