@HM_Passport Can someone please read my DM was advised not to apply via fastrack on gov website as was flying 5 week plus, spoke with someone earlier in customer service and said could take 10 weeks which is not great!!! Due to fly 4th October was only straight forward renewal of passport

We are aware that delivery demand is exceeding capacity in certain areas of our UK delivery network. This is causing some scheduled passport deliveries to be rearranged. We’re working with our partners to resolve this as soon as possible.
