So apparently last night's kick off was only the 4th in the history of the game. In the first 2, each kicker had to be a different player. Twice an 8th man has slotted the kick to win!

Her early years as a ranger were very hard, she faced a lot of discrimination because she was a woman. “Men would think we are not competent in the field and rather belong in nursing or teaching. I went on long day patrols with men. After many hours of patrol, the men on the team would expect me to do all the cooking, because I am a woman. But I never complained and always stood strong.” The ‘Iron Lady”, as she became known, never let this criticism and unfair treatment get her down. Patricia went on to assume a leadership position among her ranger corps and remains very influential in her community. Because she is retired doesn’t mean she’s taking the back seat. She runs three conservation clubs in two schools, and has big plans to expand this project, funding dependent. “We must teach children how to conserve our natural resources and to use the benefits of nature sustainably.” She also supports some of the children of her ranger colleagues, who have died in the line of duty.  We thank Patricia for all she has done for conservation and also the voice and admin behind getting Jim Green boots onto feet🥾 The Boots For Rangers initiative is a collaboration between @JimGreenFW and @The_GRAA Sioma Ngesi is an area supported by Peace Parks Foundation #myjimgreen #bootsforrangers
