Use hard copy manuals with an option to hand back in at the end of the course and send a PDF. Ask people to use pencils on templates so we can re use.

I use scarp paper and where we do ideally need post it’s, we ask ask them rip into smaller bits. I double side use all flip chart and now have a portable pad for things I repeat. Switch the projector off when not in use.
