We scored 25 bottles today between the two of us and passed over maybe 20 others. Many, but not all, were also store picks... Highlights include Weller 12, Weller full proof, E.H. Taylor single barrel, Blanton's gold, Stagg and more.

I am unbelievably excited to announce that our first guest pitmaster for our ongoing series of Spaced Cowboy parties is Don Nguyen of @khoibarbecue on August 17th. This is a collaboration that has been in the works for years and will be one of our best events yet. Khoi Barbecue hails from Houston and blends the flavors and traditions of Texas BBQ and Vietnamese cuisine. Don has quickly turned Khoi into one of the hotest BBQ joints in America and is bringing his food to Austin for the first time. You would remise not to join us for this opportunity to try his signature dishes. As we have always done in parties past the menu will feature dishes from both Don and myslef. These are first come, first served parties until we are sold out. Things kick off at 11:00, but plan on being here early to get in on the special menu. The Spaced Cowboy dishes can only be ordered at the counter for dine in or takeout. They can not be ordered online through our preorder site. We will bring the food, good times, and beer! You all show up big for Khoi Barbecue, and let's give them some Austin love! Menu will be released early next week, so you can start planning out your order

One of my favorite bites of BBQ, the sweet tea pork belly burnt end from @interstellarbbq Moderation is key here, because you need to leave room for the rest of their menu!

Ya got to love people who do zero research on your restaurant, don't read the clearly posted signs, or ask to speak to a manager when they don't find what they are looking for. They then leave a weponized 1 star review because it's "our" fault they put zero effort in. 😐
