@JetBlue @united Last one. This was the help received from the chat @jetblue - I waited 30 minutes to receive this cold response. When @united was delayed I chatted them and they immediately apologized and asked how to fix it. They refunded my flight no questions asked.

@JetBlue I fly 4+ times a month and I’ll do everything I can to avoid them. Booking same day w/them was my only choice since my United flight was delayed 3 hours. @united gave me a full refund immediately and apologized for the trouble. They get it 🙏🏼

@JetBlue make it make sense: I’m buying a flight, I put in my credit card info (less than a minute) and click pay and it doesn’t go through. I get no time out message, nothing. Just refreshed back to the same page. I try twice more. No luck.

@ChrisJetBlueRep @JetBlue 🫠. Over the past few months I had JetBlue delays (totally understandable), a crashed site/app where I couldn’t cancel a flight in time for the refund and no one would help me bc the hour I waited on the phone took me over the 24 hour window, and this. Boo.
