🇺🇳 联合国人权理事会：NGO介绍张雅笛案，称她面临酷刑风险。 2026年2月21日至3月31日，联合国人权理事会 @UN_HRC 第61次会议在日内瓦召开。 3月3日，在Item 3 - 与酷刑问题特别报告员的互动对话期间，国际声援西藏运动 @SaveTibetOrg 的 Vincent Metten 代表赫尔辛基人权基金会介绍了藏区发生的系统性酷刑与虐待问题。他援引了 #张雅笛 案、2019年在羁押期间死亡的 #Norsang、以及2024年在释放三天后死亡的 #GonpoNamgyal，作为北京当局系统性实施酷刑的案例。 关于张雅笛的状况，Vincent Metten 援引了国际人权联合会 @fidh_en 的报告称，她在看守所中无法与外界通讯，无法接触家人与律师，处于酷刑和虐待的严重风险中。 ICT也随后报导了这次发言。

🙋‍♀️ 在 #国际妇女节 这天，我们一起声援Tara #张雅笛，以及所有仍在关押的女性良心犯。作为汉人，她在过去几年间，持续为 #藏人 权益发声，并通过写作促进藏-汉对话。 2025年夏天，张雅笛在回国探亲期间被国家安全机关拘捕，并被以 “煽动分裂国家罪” 的名义关押在湖南省国安看守所。 截止目前，她已在看守所中度过了221天的时光。 张雅笛的案例并非个案，而是包括女性和少数民族等弱势群体在中国被系统性压迫的一环。我们希望提醒大家，受压迫的人不仅仅是因为 “女性” 这个身份，女性主义除了关注性别平权，也关注边缘群体被压迫背后的多重原因。 在过去数十年间，藏人女性正在经历广泛地文化灭绝、非法羁押和强制绝育，她们的宗教信仰被中国当局污名化，她们的语言和文化传承正在面临断代的危险。 我们不会忘记Tara张雅笛，正如我们不会忘记所有仍受压迫的女性个体。愿她们早日争取到属于自己的自由。 🙋‍♀️ On International Women’s Day, we stand with #Tara Zhang Yadi and all women prisoners of conscience who remain behind bars. As a Han Chinese, Tara spent the past several years speaking up for #Tibetan rights and promoting Tibetan–Han dialogue through her writing. In the summer of 2025, while returning to China to visit her family, Zhang Yadi was detained by state security authorities and later held at the Hunan National Security Detention Center on the charge of “inciting separatism.” As of today, she has spent 221 days in detention. Zhang Yadi’s case is not an isolated one. It forms part of a broader pattern of systematic repression in China affecting vulnerable groups, including women and ethnic minorities. We also wish to emphasize that oppression is not experienced solely because of the identity of being “a woman.” Feminism, beyond advocating for gender equality, also seeks to understand and address the multiple and intersecting forces behind the oppression of marginalized communities. For decades, Tibetan women have faced widespread cultural destruction, arbitrary detention, and forced sterilization. Their religious beliefs have been stigmatized by the authorities, and the transmission of their language and culture is increasingly under threat. We will not forget Tara Zhang Yadi, just as we will not forget all women who continue to live under oppression. May they soon win the freedom that is rightfully theirs.

📍 Royal Mint Court, London 🕖 14:00 | 17 Jan 2026 🙌 Join the FINAL protest against 🇨🇳 China’s proposed #MegaEmbassy in London, together with Tibetan, Hong Konger, Uyghur, and Chinese communities — and stand in solidarity with detained SOAS student #TARA Zhang Yadi. This is the last chance to publicly oppose China’s plan to turn Royal Mint Court into a mega embassy before the UK government’s final decision on 20 January. The protest also marks 162 days since SOAS student Tara Zhang Yadi’s arrest in China. Living in Paris with her Tibetan partner since 2022, she has worked for peaceful dialogue between Tibetans and Han Chinese, and written about rights issues in Tibet for Chinese-language audiences. She is now charged with “inciting separatism” — a vague and abusive offence routinely used to silence Tibetan and Uyghur scholars, writers, and activists. Transnational repression will NOT be tolerated — in the UK or anywhere in the world. Tara is my friend, although we never met in person. In our Chinese diaspora communities this is common: we often find each other through activism long before we meet face to face. We want to make a simple and human demand: do not let Tara disappear into silence. To the UK public and to everyone listening: there are things each of us can do. •Share Tara’s story—speak her name.
 •Write to your MP and ask them to raise her case.
 •Write to your universities and ask them to stand with Tara.
 And look after one another. Authoritarian pressure isolates; solidarity makes us brave. For those of us in the Chinese diaspora, this is personal. Many of our friendships begin online, in messages sent across borders and time zones, in small acts of mutual care. We build community before we ever share a room. We know what it is to plan for a meeting that never comes. But we also know how to keep showing up—how to turn absence into presence, fear into courage, and grief into a promise. 伦理声明 张雅笛（Tara）关注组（下称“关注组”）是由一群关注Tara的朋友组成。从关注组的组成以来，成员内部持续地关注、探讨关于声援中的伦理问题，以及它们可能对Tara本人带来的影响。多位人权律师和工作者亦持续以谘商建议的方式协助我们的工作。我们对此向他们表达诚挚感谢。 经过多次跨时区的讨论，我们希望通过这则声明，让关注Tara案的朋友们了解我们正在遵循怎样的伦理标准及行动准则，并且愿意接受任何可行的建议。目前为止，我们在声援期间的行动准则为： 1.不增加证据 我们在一切公共领域中，不会使用我们判断“可能增加中国当局目前掌握证据总量”的内容和素材。（例如：我们从私密渠道获得了信息A，判断中国当局尚未掌握信息A，且信息A有可能直接/间接地对Tara的定罪和量刑产生负面影响，则我们不会公开使用信息A。） 2.不伤害 我们的一切行为，在任何时候都以Tara张雅笛本人的人身安全和利益为优先，不会发布我们认为可能使Tara增加刑期、或增加遭受酷刑可能的内容，且避免使用可能会使案件定性严重化的叙事方式。 3.当事人中心 尊重当事人和家属的意志，在理想情况下，我们希望可以首先尊重Tara本人的意愿，其次是Tara亲属的意愿。在当下的现实中，我们在Tara的合法民事伴侣Kalsang Yarphel先生的知情同意下开展声援活动，且承诺不会达背他本人的意愿。 4.事实核査 对于关键信息，我们会尽最大可能核实、交叉比对信息的真实性。我们不会在尚不确定时发布、转载可能有误的信息。有时候，我们未标注某些信息的来源，往往是出于保护信息提供者的考量，并非意味着我们未做核查。 5.独立性 Tara张雅笛关注组（即本帐号）从9月18日建立开始，始终保持独立运转。我们有权不受外部组织或个人的影响，今后亦不会评论其他组织和个人的言行。我们呼吁各界继续关注Tara的人身安全，法律程序正义，以及医疗权、律师会面权等基本人权。 (1/2)
