@JioCare issue with Jio eSIM upgrade for 7830272278. Entered correct EID & IMEI multiple times but request failed.Customer care asked to visit store. Reached Jio Store (Kharagpur Devi Pura) at 5:20 PM but it was already closed before time (photo proof available).
