@coinbase I liked it until my autopay and I couldn’t get support to get it back on. I tried everything and it’s still not working. If I can’t pay my card on time automatically, and I’m getting charged late fees when I can’t even connect autopay, it’s hard to justify staying on it.

1️⃣ Have your government-issued ID ready before you start. 🪪 Accepted documents: passport, driver’s license, or a national ID card. Make sure it’s not expired, that’s a common reason for verifications failing. 2️⃣ When taking your ID photo, lighting matters more than you think. 💡Try to have: Bright, even lighting. Use a flat surface with no glare, and all four corners of the ID visible. 3️⃣ The selfie step is equally important. 📸 Face the camera straight on in even lighting. Skip sunglasses or hats, but if you wore glasses in your ID photo, keep them on for your selfie. Coinbase compares the two images, so consistency helps.
