@SAS Could someone from SAS please help me. I have been unable to get through to customer services by phone, chatbot, or email. My query is in relation to an unaccompanied minor, so this is an important safeguarding issue that should not be ignored.

@SimonCalder Hi Simon, Any idea what is going on with SAS airlines. Has their customer services department been decimated? Travellers, including my 16 year old son, are unable to get basic help.

@SAS @skyteam Congratulations...BUT, how sustainable will this be if you aren't able to offer basic customer service access? I have spent 3 days attempting to speak or chat to someone without success. I have tried Turi, phone, and email....and failed. Appalling.
