How bad is FedEx? This bad… When you reach out to @FedExHelp and they contradict themselves in their own lie to you of why your medically required shipment for a Breast Cancer patient was not delivered today… Maria (from FedEx) told me shipment was only handed to them today (11/21)! Interesting!? 🤔 … Since in @FedEx ‘s own tracking system it says shipment left their FedEx facility in Piscataway, NJ yesterday (11/20) at 9:36am! 🤔 But… according to shipper, they created the FedEx label on 11/17, and gave shipment to FedEx on 11/18, for delivery between 11/19-11/21. So, FedEx just let the shipment sit somewhere for days?? And then lies to their customer about it?!?! FedEx now says it “may” be delivered tomorrow by 8pm. (But, that’s Saturday, so definitely not holding my breath!) I’ll just tell my Breast Cancer patient who just got out of the hospital today to lay on the floor until her lift chair arrives! FedEx is TERRIBLE! Their customer service is HORRIBLE!
