vPay offshore accounts and physical cards have been getting field-tested IRL for a while now, and we’ll open them to the public as soon as we’re fully confident in the UX. But before offshore accounts go public, I want to address a few points: Some might point out that - vPay isn’t the first crypto card - vPay doesn’t have the lowest fees - So why choose @vPay_Global instead of the @coinbase Card or @MetaMask Card or @KASTxyz or @AviciMoney or @useTria, or any of the other big names? Now to address: Privacy | The biggest differentiator that sets vPay completely apart is Private Banking. The majority of the crypto card providers on the market use @raincards infra. Even if you’ve never heard of them, that's what your favorite "NeoBank" uses. And due to their legal jurisdictions, they will report your finances to authorities since they're CRS and FACTA compliant. We are not. As an OmniBank, we work with different banking partners, and although KYC is required to use our services, our offshore banks are non-CRS and non-FACTA. Tax reporting is the responsibility and choice of the user. Offshore Accounts vs Physical Cards | I've tried to highlight this a few times so far. vPay has 3 offerings on the banking side of things. Virtual cards - live now. Physical cards - coming Q1 2026. The first two are similar to what everyone else on the market offers. The offshore accounts are not. which are coming this week. They allow unlimited spending, ATM withdrawals, and international SWIFT transfers, which very few “Neobanks” provide. Offshore accounts are coming this week. Self-Custody | We're not 100% non-custodial yet, as that is near impossible at the moment but it's something we're working towards. And we try to keep the users' self-custodial wallets in the loop as much as possible for maximum control. Those who have tried the vPay app know that almost every move asks for permission from their wallet, and we always encourage users to keep their funds in their non-custodial wallets until the very last moment, since our top-ups usually only take seconds to a minute to process. Fees | All of the card providers mentioned above either raised millions from VCs or in presales or have a huge org backing them. We have neither. vPay was self-funded and community-owned since day 1, launched under @virtuals_io Genesis V1 launch model, an objectively bad launch model and hugely unfavorable toward project teams. So even though vPay has been generating revenue and profitable from early on, we do not have the luxury of offering 0% fees yet, since they're mostly a marketing gimmick paid for by millions in VC money and not a sustainable business model for early-stage companies. What we're working towards instead, is true co-ownership of vPay and revenue-share with users. OmniBank vs NeoBank | I’m not a fan of the term “NeoBank.” It implies just a bank, but make it crypto. That’s not vPay. Our goals have always been clear: A) Anything and everything users need to do with their money and assets, both Web2 and Web3, all in one hub. Powered by a constellation of partner agents. The cards and the bank accounts are just the foundation. B) To eventually build independent financial rails for crypto and decouple from the chokehold of Visa/Mastercard. vLink is the first step toward this vision. This turned out to be a rather long tweet, but context matters. Questions and feedback welcome in replies or DMs. See you all with your vPay vCards very soon.

People in real life generally know me as the "crypto guy", but most don’t realize I also have a strong background in real estate investing - and that the majority of my current wealth actually comes from properties. When I was younger and working in my first corporate job after university, I saved up a house deposit through strict discipline. I went to many property inspections, private sales, and house auctions. After many failed offers, I finally bought my first property at an auction. I attended it myself and outbid groups of people who were much older than me. A few years later, I met my now-wife, who is also a real estate investor. Before we got married, we decided to buy a place together - and that house has been our home for the past few years. Then, COVID hit. We found a real estate investment opportunity in a different city from where we live. Market sentiment was terrible back then, with huge uncertainty in 2020. Most people didn’t want to invest at all. We hadn’t even visited the property or the city, but I believed it was a great deal, so we pulled the trigger. Luckily, we did. That property has since doubled in value, and the rental income has also doubled. It basically pays for itself now, with very low maintenance required on our end. Best of all, it’s just a 5-minute walk from the beach - and we hope to make it our retirement home one day. And then, during the COVID lockdowns, when people couldn’t travel or go out, many saw it as a wasted couple of years. We took the opposite approach. Since we couldn’t spend money going out, we doubled down on saving aggressively. Combined with some crypto gains (thanks to Virtuals 😁), we managed to pay off our mortgage in just 4 years. To this day, we’re still holding all our properties. We continue to expand our portfolio and regularly attend seminars and networking events in real life to keep learning about property investing. As for me, I’m still unsure what the future holds. I’m currently working full-time in a corporate job, but I’m seriously considering leaving next year to become a digital nomad. I want to focus more on my health, family, travelling, and the things I genuinely enjoy - with crypto continuing to play a big part. I’m not sure exactly what will happen when I take that leap of faith, but I’ll be sure to keep you guys posted. Long post - thanks for reading!

Yeah Bali traffic is crazy I personally like Bangkok more bcuz 1) I travel a lot so a well-connected Airport nearby is a big plus 2) I'm more of a big city, convenient lifestyle type of person But Chiang Mai is incredibly nice too, is cheaper, has incredible nature, and is more relaxed overall. Anything more casual than these 2 (Koh Samui, Krabi, etc.) tend to dull my sharpness and drive and put me in too much of a vacation mode

A few updates on vPay: Over the past few weeks, the vPay team has been mostly focused on the B2B side of things. Why? To build up capital and cash flow that we can continuously use down the line to further expand our services and compete with the bigger, VC-backed players in the crypto finance market. But we've also been building up the app's features at the same time, and we'll be gearing up to roll them out gradually very soon. I wanted to spotlight some of those features here: Badge System | The stepping stone to reward our holders and early users. A gamified system that will allow users to enjoy reduced fees as low as 0% and cashbacks. Swift Transfers | The last missing piece of the puzzle before vPay offshore accounts are full-suite bank accounts on par with any of your Web2 banks. Earn and Borrow | Idle money will be a thing of the past soon. Make any funds you have in your wallets earn you money. In collab w/ @morpho. Multi-Wallet | True to the spirit of self-custody, connect as many non-custodial wallets as you want. Manage and track them all freely through your vPay app. Solana | We've been supporting all major EVM chains for a while now, which takes care of most people's needs. @Solana will be added soon due to popular demand. Bank Statements | Self-explanatory. A comprehensive bank statement to go through all your past transactions. At your fingertips, on demand. Android and iOS App | To be frank, the mobile apps have been ready for a while. The Apple Developer account to publish the app to the public is just taking forever. But it should be any day now. 100x smoother experience compared to the web app version. Some more stuff like Apple Pay, free travel lounges, and our own Stripe-like PSP are also on the way. And the last vertical we've been working on that I want to highlight is agentic finance. But more details on that as we get closer to launch. Exciting days ahead.

Last day of @virtuals_io aGDP Epoch 3. Two teams are battling it out for the top spot. Team @Capminal has 5 agents in the top 10. ➜ Capminal ➜ Captain Dackie ➜ Synapse Robotics ➜ MechaMind ➜ RoboSphere ( Plus Autoforge sitting at 11th ) Their combined Total Impact: $97k Team @0xhyperbet holds the other side with 4 agents. ➜ Hyperbet, ➜ CryptoPulse ➜ Dora AI ➜ Suissma AI Combined Total Impact: $65.1k ( I cant verify @v0Architect... maybe independent ). Both teams figured out how to game the scoring system. And the genuine teams not playing the game have been pushed down the board. That's just how incentive systems work. When there's something to win, people find the edge. The real question now is what @virtuals_io does next. Do they redesign Epoch 4 to reward genuine ACP usage? Or do they accept that coordinated teams will dominate every epoch? What do you think should change?

🚨🚨 Day 4 of Epoch 3 aGDP Update Today we launched a new claw agent Captain Dackie to support our main agent. ⚠️ Important note: there is no new token. $CAP remains our only token, and the claw agent is linked to CAP. Half of the claw agent rewards will be used to buy back CAP. Here is our combined performance so far: ■ Capminal and Captain Dackie are currently Top #1 and #2 on the aGDP leaderboard ■ Our Reward: ~$12,190 ■ Our Epoch Revenue: ~$18,800 ■ Total Reward Pool: ~$35,709 Agent scores across most projects are lower compared to the same time last epoch. This mainly comes from the new diversity formula update by @virtuals_io. Now only agents with real buyers can achieve high scores. We will keep building and delivering services on ACP and aGDP. Thank you to the community for the continued support 💪

🎉 We are excited to share that Capminal has finished aGDP Epoch 2 in 2nd place with strong results: > Revenue: $63,100.74 > Total Rewards: $27,573.94, 50% in USDC and 50% used to buy back $CAP This was our first epoch after graduating from @virtuals_io ACP, and it means a lot to us. Thank you for your amazing support. The community made this achievement possible. The CAP XP leaderboard will receive a special airdrop from our team 🫡

was speaking to @jessepollak about launching this 6 months back. On how we can make the hurdle for founders coming to @base lower but felt it wasn’t the right time yet back then now it is it’s the era of single founders building billion dollar value with their army of agent devs this 60 day window allow founders to also experiment with building their first 10000 fans, using tokens as an accelerant without token founder stress. u wanna be in early coz in the era where production cost is cheap, capitalists are the ones that sit at the top of the chain it’s another experiment for the degens and founders appreciate the feedback!

I haven't agreed with a lot of the decisions @virtuals_io has been making recently but I kinda f*ck with this. I've got a simple advice for the founders going down this road (and I'm sure we're gonna see lots of them soon). "The path to success is simple. Bite off more than you can chew, then figure out how to chew it." Bring back the trenches.
