@TwitchSupport I tried to appeal an indefinite suspension. It was instantly rejected. I was told to "submit a request via our Help Center" but the "Account/Login Issues > Payout Suspension" option is not available when I'm logged in. How am I meant to appeal?

@AmazonHelp And the frustrating part isn't the delay. It's the part that it a) happened out of the blue despite using the platform for 8 years and not requesting a payout in years b) my appeal was automatically rejected c) all other advice is seemingly incorrect.

just got indefinitely suspended on twitch today for fraud despite the fact that i didn’t even use twitch at all today. i don’t purchase bits and ive only ever subbed to people using my amazon prime connected to my account. all i do is watch people, i dont know what i did

@AmazonHelp @grayphobe This happened to me too. I received an email after my AUTOMATIC appeal rejection: "please submit a request via our Help Center by selecting the option Account/Login Issues > Payout Suspension." That option requires you to be logged in but disappears when you're logged in.

After three days of waiting, I finally got in contact with twitch. They have looked over my twitch account as a whole, and I am proud to say that my twitch account is BACK. Thank you to anyone that showed support for me this past weekend, it truly does mean alot. 💜
