@amazonIN @amazon I ordered portable charger from about 3kms away from my location and the delivery agent did not deliver it but showed it delivered. He is not even answering the call. Your support options take me to call agent who is not answering. Status delivered in 2 minutes

@AmazonHelp ご案内ありがとうございます。 アンインストールと再インストールは先程行ったので、キャッシュとデータのクリア、再起動を行ってから再度アプリを使用してみましたが、やはり再生しようとすると落ちてしまいました。
