Henry’s phone recording — captured by Henry himself in the moments before he was killed. Played in open court. Proved his killer’s racism claim was a lie.
The bodycam — worn by the Hampshire Police officers who arrived on Belmont Road. Captured the handcuffing. Captured Henry’s final words.
CCTV from the surrounding area — referenced in trial reporting, never publicly released.
Three recordings. Three pieces of evidence that show, frame by frame, exactly what happened to Henry Nowak and how the people meant to protect him responded.
The trial is over. The verdict is in. The killer is convicted. The legal barriers that justified holding this footage during proceedings no longer exist.
So why is it still locked away?
Every day this footage stays buried is another day the public is told to take the system’s word for what happened. Another day the officers’ faces stay hidden. Another day Henry’s family is denied the dignity of the truth being fully visible.
We don’t want descriptions. We don’t want summaries. We don’t want it filtered through press releases.
Release the footage.

I am actually someone who pushes to get out of the $3.8 Billion/yr aid MOU package to Israel. I want to see a more give and take innovation partnership, where we don't force or restrict Israel in certain aspects, which will enable them to innovate even more. Then, we can buy from them as friends and they can buy from us. Certain leaders, like Biden, used the existing deal to restrict Israel into doing what he wanted. That isn't true friendship.
However, just because I advocate for a new type of partnership that reflects the accurate friendship we have, doesn't mean that people don't need to be called out for implying that "America doesn't get anything from Israel," because we get a lot from them!
