One man traveling with his wife and baby stood up, walked to where his wife was sitting, and carried their baby. His wife asked where he was taking the child. He replied, "I want to use the baby to beg the officers. Maybe when they see the baby, they will soften their hearts and let us go." His wife immediately grabbed the baby back and became angry. She said, "Are you serious? They are carrying gu*ns. What if something goes wrong, what if there is accid€ntal discharge? Why would you take a baby into that crowd? Leave my child alone!" Before anyone knew what was happening, the husband sl@pped her. Just like that, attention shifted from the man who had been caught with a suspicious substance to the husband who had sl@pped his wife. The officers were furi0us. They ordered him to do frog jumps /. After plenty of pleading from passengers, they eventually forgave him and allowed us to continue our journey. Back on the bus, almost everyone started criticizing him for h! tting his wife. The pressure got to him, and after a while he broke down in tears and apologized to her in front of everyone. His wife accepted the apology, and the atmosphere became calmer. Then our driver looked at him and said, "If you like, when you get home, sl@p her again. Mumu man!" 😂😂😂 The whole bus burst into laughter.

We were traveling from Benin to Lagos when our bus was stopped at a police checkpoint. The officers started searching all the passengers and their belongings. One young man immediately became very vocal. He kept arguing that the police had no right to search passengers and continued complaining throughout the exercise. When it finally got to his turn, the officers searched him and found something suspicious on him. That changed everything. They immediately said they were taking him to their office. Many of us felt his earlier outburst had made the situation worse for him. People on the bus started pleading with the officers to forgive him and let us continue our journey, but they refused. The delay was getting longer, and everyone was becoming frustrated. Then something unexpected happened.

Oseni Rufai didn't talk over Peter Obi or even raise his voice during his recent interview; As a matter of fact, he didn't bother to ask serious follow-up questions even when Obi wasn't being direct. But if it's a member from any opposition party, he will turn aggressive with his speech.

I’ll always say this Don’t Japa to Kuwait 🇰🇼 Oman 🇴🇲 Bahrain 🇧🇭 It’s better to be in Nigeria , than to Japa to those countries. I read where a Nigerian went to Kuwait with ₦5M for work visa. He was told it was a car driving visa but in Kuwait , he was given a bike. He got series of accidents and was abandoned by the company he’s working for and actually the accident was caused by Kuwait citizens from what I read but this Nigerian guy took all the blames. The company took his Nigerian passport. This is because they said he’s owing the company and he must pay them. He has used nearly a year and can’t boost of ₦150,000. What sort of life is that? Please stay far away from Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain, my little cent. I wish you the best in your Japa journey. Selah!

@DestinyOgueri @sos_saeed @boye4christ2006 Search on Google should have cured your ignorance. A Barista (coffee maker) earns about 250 - 300 KWD a month in Kuwait. Cleaner earns 140KWD Convert it to Naira. They have free accomodation and transport to work daily. Are they not earning more than medical doctors in Nigeria?

I'v bookmarked this post. I'll come back to give an update in the next few months. I have a friend that has just japaed to Oman, as recent as last week Friday. We have other mutual friends overthere, and we have never gotten any unfavorable update from them. But I'm going to use my friend as a case study. I'll be back. PS: im not a travel agent. I'm a business man who believes so much in Nigeria but if I see any opportunity, mo ma Japa.

If you are new into Abuja and you have an appointment for 8am,you should be getting ready to leave the house anytime from 7am-7:15am. There would be traffic in these areas, because today is Monday. The traffic in Abuja is usually much. 1. Dantata bridge lugbe. 2. House on the rock church. 3. City gates. 4. Games village axis just before the roundabout. 5. Life camp roundabout. 6. Life camp by fish market. 7. Wuse market bridge. 8. Mararaba. 9. Abacha barracks. 10. Kubwa expressway. 12. Jabi by Baze University. 13. Jabi junction by Nisa premier. 14. Apo bridge by App legislative quarters Zone A. 15. Gudu junction coming from lokogoma Etc. 16. Banex junction coming from gwarimpa. These are some of the hot spots for heavy traffic on Mondays. I wish you all the best.

Do you know that as beautiful as Abuja is,there is a community that still moves around nåkēd? They don't wear clothes,it is their culture and tradition to be nåkēd. There is nothing like civilisation there. The road to that place is so terrible. We have such people right here in Abuja.

If you are new to Abuja, today is Gosa market day. The market is every Friday. If you need to get food stuff, today is one of those days. Gosa market is located along the airport road just after lugbe but before the immigration office on the left hand side, for those going from town. If you are coming from kuje, gwagwalada, airport axis, Gosa is by the right and side before lugbe. If you are going there with your car, please be careful because they steal cars in that market. All the best.

Canada isn’t just losing people, it’s losing them at record‑breaking levels, and one province is bleeding the most. Yet Canada is also receiving a new influx of people, too!. 😃 Bob Nesta Marley once sang: Exodus! Movement of the people! Humans are nomadic in nature. They will always move from where they feel they are not thriving to another place. Canada saw over 120,000 people leave the country in 2025, the highest emigration ever recorded. And almost half of them came from Ontario alone. 120,640 Canadians emigrated in 2025, a new all‑time high. Ontario: 56,266 departures (≈47% of all emigrants). B.C.: Highest per‑capita emigration rate, 442 per 100,000 people. Quebec & Alberta also hit record highs. Ontario + B.C. = two‑thirds of all people leaving the country. People are leaving because of the affordability crisis Housing costs, Economic uncertainty, Slower immigration + lower mobility, and changing federal immigration caps. Canada isn’t just losing newcomers, it’s losing Canadians, fast. And Ontario and B.C. are leading the exit wave.
