I am thankful for what I have and don’t dwell on what I lost - [ ] It’s better to give than receive is a mindset. I felt more satisfaction with life when I understood this - You may not be able to control everything that happens to you but you can control how you deal with it.

@TeslaAiGirl I am so tempted. The main thing that stops me is that I don’t drive much. My S that is 4.3 years old has less than 18000 miles.

@DevoFlyer Thanks, Devo. You can still find them. I’ve seen a few under 70k, but I don’t know if there were any issues. I can only imagine the price going up after the new Roadster is revealed. 🫶🏼

3-17-2008 they started production on these beauties. This one is our 2010 Roadster in Glacier Blue. She has 32,000 miles and still has the original battery.

@Xenius I get so much spam I tend not to look at it. Plus I always was an outlook user and my provider quit using it. I am not a big fan of Google mail or Apple mail.

@DevoFlyer Especially at work, anything important I'm hearing about verbally, or via teams message. Email is essentially just archiving bullshit for later searching.

The power density of Vera Rubin is incredible, especially in this form factor. This has a triple benefit for space: - Ruggedization against launch vibration is substantially easier for smaller boards - Volume is hugely constrained on orbital datacenters - Radiation shielding is less massive for smaller payloads If ever you needed external validation that space datacenters are happening, this is it.

On Monday, I will resign from my job as an IT executive. I’ve led a large team for several years. Soon after arriving, I realized the role was not what I expected and the environment was unhealthy. Instead of leaving, I chose to view the situation as a challenge. Over time, I shifted from trying to improve the situation to focusing on supporting my employees as best I could, often at my own expense. Last week, however, I found myself unable to protect them any longer. That moment came when I had to lay off an employee and friend of 25 years, with no involvement in the decision. I lost any sense of purpose. So on Monday, I will walk in and resign. I expect that over the next several months, many more will follow, though I realize the company may not care unless it impacts the bottom line. But my wife and family, my purpose, will care.

Rental car drop off in Vegas. Took my seat belt off, opened the door and started to step out. Car starts rolling. OH SHiT! There was a stick-shaped device in the middle console I had to squeeze and push forward into a P position. Barbaric. @chattybird0306

$TSLA's moat is not Optimus, not autos, and not Megapacks/energy. Tesla has 2 moats: 1. Real-world driving data. 2. Vertical integration (The biggest one). Real-world driving data: There is no other company that has the amount of real-world driving data like Tesla. This means that Tesla has the edge when it comes to solving FSD. Which then propels them to scale FSD worldwide via software updates & Robotaxis. Not Waymo, not Baidu, not Nvidia or anyone else can compete with this. $TSLA is simply light years ahead due to this. Will FSD become commoditized one day? Sure. But when that day happens, Tesla will already have millions of operational Robotaxis on the road that it won't even matter. Upwards of 70% of the Robotaxi market will be Tesla's. Although FSD/Robotaxis is a big moat for $TSLA, it isn't as big as the the second one: Vertical integration: Name me another company that is so deeply vertically integrated with itself. Do it in the comments below, I dare you because there is one company that can do pretty much everything in house and that's Tesla. $TSLA builds vehicles that more than 80% of the components parts are in house in their respected country while others are more than 80% outsourced. This allows Tesla to be in control and be the least affected when there's supply chain disruptions, when tariffs get placed and when geo-politics get heated. $TSLA build batteries that not only they use every single one that they make but they partner up with LG, Samsung and others to help supply Tesla because they can't make enough of it. Tesla now has the biggest lithium refining in the US to help make even more batteries! Think about that! A company that has no business in making a lithium refining built out the biggest one in the US because Tesla NEEDS it. This tremendously helps Tesla build more batteries to build out more vehicles at a more affordable scale meaning they can sell their products for a lower price while profit margins improve! Other important vertical integration elements include software stack, charging infrastructure and now chips. Elon just unveiled that $TSLA will now build out a Terafab next week! THIS IS HUGE! Once the Terafab is built, there will be no massive bottle necks for Tesla anymore as everything will be built in house. No relying heavily on suppliers that have other customers like Apple, Nvidia and etc to commit to. The Terafab will be reserved for Tesla and Tesla only. They will be able to build out millions of Optimus bots and Cybercabs without limit. THIS IS THE BIG MOAT THAT NO BODY CAN COMPETE WITH AND WILL PROVE WHY TESLA WILL BE KING!
