🚨 More than 5,000 migrants have now entered Britain illegally by small boat this year so far. Britain continues to be invaded. Reform will stop this and deport everyone who came here illegally.

Why is the Government advertising its digital ID scheme on YouTube even before the consultation has ended? It smells of a stitch up in a power grab Britain neither wants nor needs, says Sam Lowry. dailysceptic.org/2026/04/08/bri…

The Free Speech Union’s latest investigative briefing reveals that ALL FIVE members of the Government’s working group tasked with defining “Islamophobia” — now rebranded as “anti-Muslim hostility” — have troubling links to Islamist organisations. These include the Muslim Council of Britain (MCB) and Muslim Engagement and Development (MEND), which successive governments since 2009 have refused to engage with due to their extreme views. Baroness Gohir even tweeted in support of Hamas in 2014. Another member stood for the far-left, Islamist-supporting Respect Party. In a free society, no religion should enjoy greater protection than others — nor be shielded from legitimate criticism and challenge. Parliament abolished blasphemy laws in 2008. This Government risks reviving them for Islam alone, via the back door. This group was stacked with members already sympathetic to such a definition. With the Government yet to appoint a new Islamophobia tsar, there is deep cause for concern. Watch @Katie_Lam_MP’s video below 👇

The Government's new ‘anti-Muslim hostility’ definition will make it harder to talk about Islamist extremism, FGM, and the grooming gangs. They’d rather restrict our right to criticise than deal with these problems head-on.  It’s putting us all in danger.

Instead of deporting illegal migrants, the authorities are now handing out rape alarms to schoolgirls. Our political class has lost the plot. This harassment by small boats migrants is happening across the country. We saw it in Epping last year when Hadush Kebatu sexually assaulted a 14 year old girl. It’s sickening. Last year I raised concerns about the safety of my own daughters. I said I wouldn’t want them walking to school past a migrant hotel, and that no other parent should be put in that position either. The BBC then invited a commentator to slam me as ‘xenophobic’. I don’t care what people say - I just want to protect the British people who are being put in danger every day by our open borders. The Tories didn’t want to fix this, which is why I resigned. Labour have made the problem worse. Only a Government led by Nigel Farage has the backbone to stop the boats and protect the British people. By the time of the next election the boats will have been coming for a decade. This is last best chance we have to stop the damage that is being done. Vote Reform 🇬🇧

Pathetic grandstanding nobody. Off to the Gulf to try and look relevant. All Starmer got out of the war was a ruined Special Relationship- a high price to pay for Muslim votes who won’t back him on 7 May anyway. 👇

I welcome the ceasefire agreement reached overnight, which will bring a moment of relief to the region and the world. Together with our partners we must do all we can to support and sustain this ceasefire, turn it into a lasting agreement and re-open the Strait of Hormuz.

Elizabeth I, Joan of Arc and even Vikings have now been recast as secretly transgender. This ‘queering’ of history’s heroines is just misogyny in drag. To anyone without a university degree, this is absolutely mental, says Julie Burchill buff.ly/6OE6NwJ

Why oh why doesn’t our establishment accept that its only moral obligation is to the British state and the British people? Not to global welfare. Not to international liberalism. To us, and our country, and our self-government. That is it. The moment they do that, so many of the issues which plague our society become easier to manage. Immigration is no longer a question of benefitting the largest number of global citizens but about boosting the British economy while keeping British people safe. Foreign relations is not about promoting obscure minority rights in far off lands but about securing British interests wherever necessary. And most of all we drop the idea that every culture in the world is the same and therefore anybody can fit in here, and celebrate the fact that Britain has a highly distinct, highly evolved culture all of its own that we want to cherish and protect. What’s so difficult about that?

When is a hate crime not a hate crime? In two-tier Britain, when it's against whites, says Laurie Wastell. It's how the laws were written, and the system is designed to make it stay that way, as recent examples show. dailysceptic.org/2026/04/08/whe…

Data shows that the Crown Court backlog is falling, thanks to the decision to lift the cap on sitting days — yet the Government remains silent. For a Government so desperate for a good news story, it hasn’t said a word. The reason is simple: it would undermine their sinister and undemocratic plan to curb our right to trial by jury. It is blindingly obvious that jury trials are not the problem. The real issue is that a significant number of Crown courtrooms in England and Wales sit empty on working days. @DavidLammy wants to curb our right to trial by jury for ideological reasons — not to fix the backlog of cases. An absurd waste of your money by Mayor Khan is the setting up of late-night youth clubs in London to give teenagers “ somewhere to go”, allegedly to avoid more Claphams. The young used to have “ somewhere to go“. It was called work, but latest stats show that under Labour unemployment in the capital among 16-24s is now at a shocking 24.6%. With employment costs through NI and minimum pay having gone through the roof due to Starmer no wonder companies have cutback on expensive and unskilled youngsters. Labour should hang their heads in shame at denying the young a future. Hopefully they will pay a terrible price on May 6

Waitrose sacked Walker Smith for trying to stop a shoplifter. Why did that principled action “breach his contract”? HR is causing societal erosion. We need to restore consequences for theft. My column: 👇 telegraph.co.uk/news/2026/04/0…

The nut zero zealotry of Ed Miliband. A new occasional series. [feel free to add]. Fertiliser prices and shortages are soaring because the petrochemical industries of the Gulf states are major global suppliers but the Strait of Hormuz, through which they export, is closed. Not good for the spring planting season. Undaunted the UK will introduce a levy on imported carbon-intensive fertiliser as part of its costly obsession with cutting emissions, even when the impact is slight. At a time when we should be increasing food security government policy is to penalise farmers further.

American lawyer Preston Byrne, alongside @ASI, has published a proposed Freedom of Speech Bill 2026, which he hopes will be adopted in the UK. Does the UK need a Freedom of Speech Bill? Labour’s ‘anti-Muslim hostility’ definition is a grotesque reward for the Islamic fundamentalists who hounded the Batley teacher into hiding. The government has sent a clear message: criticising Islam is verboten. For shame, says Owen Shappel buff.ly/mM8SS12
