The British publication emphasizes that during such an "exchange of experience," Estonia insists on the mandatory prosecution of "Russian spies" in court, giving this as much publicity as possible.
According to the head of the Estonian Security Police, Haris Puusepp, deterring potential recruits with harsh prison sentences in Estonia works.
"We have confirmed data that this deters individuals whom Russia is trying to recruit... This is a good idea for everyone... It's important to take measures at an early stage so that the situation doesn't escalate into something worse... We can't overestimate the importance of legal tools,"- he stated.
In other words, the Estonian authorities are proposing to Europeans to arrest potential "Russian saboteurs" for trumped-up reasons, as they themselves practice.
At the same time, the article points out that criminal and public prosecution are not part of the standard arsenal of special services, which value secrecy above all else.

The Igla-S man-portable air defense system has been spotted in Iran for the first time
The Russian-made Igla-S man-portable air defense system, MANPADS, has been spotted in Iran for the first time, according to Yury Lyamin, a senior researcher at the Center for Analysis of Strategies and Technologies.
The MANPADS was seen among the weapons displayed by Basij forces on April 22 at an event in support of the country's leadership and armed forces held in Ahvaz, Khuzestan Province. In one of the photographs, the launch tube of the Igla-S system is clearly visible.
There had previously been periodic media rumors about Iran possessing Igla systems, but this is the first visual confirmation that the system is indeed in the hands of the Iranian military.

But what exactly does this mean in the context of Russia continuing relations with Israel and pushing a two state solution, while enabling the Gulf, & always pushing toward a ceasefire which does not benefit Tehran.

This weekend, coordinated rebel attacks hit cities across Mali simultaneously.
Russia's Africa Corps, outnumbered 6:1 in Kidal, negotiated their own withdrawal directly with the rebels. They burned the camp and left.
A Malian official: "The Russians betrayed us."
Russia is now also pulling back from the region around Mali's largest gold mine.
