I'm disabled, I make $1110 every month on disability.
What kind of drugs are you smoking to try and charge me $1102.05 for your "Year end balance" bullshit and not offering any kind of payment plan or resources to help absorb that impact?
I'm already doing EVERYTHING I can do to Fundraise on our #GivesendGo we have Pinned on our profile.
There is an absolutely ZERO percent chance that you will get this money by the 13th.
It takes a special kind of fuckin company to send a bill out less than a month in advance and ask for more than 5x our monthly payment amount from a disabled person who only makes 8 fucking dollars more than you're asking for, and then REFUSE to let them make any kind of payment plans/installments.
This is absolutely disgusting behavior.

@DukeEnergy I have outage from 15th March and it’s still not fixed. This is affecting only 3781 Sitka circle. They say that it may be fixed by 16th till 6pm.
I cannot cook anything to eat and have to spend money on food throughout the day. Who is responsible for that ??

When a home barely over 1k Sq foot has a power bill spike over 600$ here and 1000$ there there is NO explanation
