Slecht nieuws voor de verzamelaar. Er zullen nu meerdere uitvoeringen van de Ajax shirts gaan komen. Prijzen 25/26 : De ‘fanshop-versie’ voor 98 euro, de ‘Authentic-versie’ voor 138 euro. Wellicht ook keuze tussen korte mouwen en lange mouwen.

Base Food Cost (%) is such an interesting metric. It’s the lifeblood of any restaurant: the raw cost of a dish divided by the price you charge for it.
However, there’s no North Star/corporate standard. If I talk to 10 different operators, I’ll get 10 different answers. It’s interesting to have so many differing opinions on something so fundamental.

You go to McDonalds and order a coke.
You finish your coke and ask for a refill.
They ask you for $1.
Meanwhile, Burger King and Carls Jr and Wendy’s charge $0.

We worked with a title company 4 years ago when we bought a shopping center. Yesterday we asked them to send us a new title report - and they asked for $750. No thanks, taking out business somewhere else - and you just lost tens of thousands of dollars in future business. You go to such great lengths to win business just to throw it away just like that for no reason. Some organizations just can’t get out of their own way.

What’s frustrating about content curators is that they have no clue what they’re talking about. They post for clicks, not truth. @McDonalds drives clicks, so that’s why we always get pulled into posts.
Side note: I’ve had this burger. It’s really good. Customers wanted a larger sandwich, so we made one: 3 slices of cheese, 1/2 lb of fresh beef, huge bun, and some premium toppings.
My guess: it will be priced about $1.50 more than the Double QPC. If you don’t want a huge burger, we have a $5 meal deal. You decide.
