@easyJet I would to just say how amazed at the service I got from Fifi in Assisted Travel. She was a delight and reassured me when booking the assistance. I’m an anxious flyer and my mom is elderly and Fifi made it so I can travel with the knowledge that we be looked after.

@easyJet I submitted a claim on 4th April as my flight from Gatwick to Palma was delayed by over 3 hours. You have sent a response which appears that you are incorrectly denying compensation but most of the email is missing. There is no details of any decision.

@easyJet Ich habe im Nov. einen Flug gebucht, habe per Lastschrift bezahlt. Im März annulliert ihr meinen Flug. Ich beantrage meine Rückerstattung warte 18 Tage. Jetzt wird mir gesagt ich soll die Bank fragen wo das Geld ist? Eine Bescheinigung soll ich vorlegen von der Bank?

@easyJet I cannot begin to explain how upset I am with treatment & the unwillingness to help a disabled individual with one minor thing to help their independence. You also do not train your staff about legal reasonable adjustment & not discriminating individuals for disabilities

@easyJet absolute shambles of an airline. Just cancelled my flight to Manchester 3 hours before kick off, had tickets in the Kop for liverpool champions league game. Hotel paid for etc... said it was down to bad weather, yet all other flights are leaving. Why tell lies?

@easyJet But I am trying to work out what the cost is to take a 20kg hold bag from Gatwick to Montpellier (outbound only) which I am apparently only able to arrange at the airport at the bag check-in?! No way to do this online so no way to find a price?

@easyJet I have a return trip to Montpellier booked. Can I add hold luggage for just the outbound flight? How do I do this, please. (I have an angle grinder that won't be allowed in cabin baggage.) Thank you
