@easyJet I submitted a claim on 4th April as my flight from Gatwick to Palma was delayed by over 3 hours. You have sent a response which appears that you are incorrectly denying compensation but most of the email is missing. There is no details of any decision.

@easyJet oh how you never fail to deliver on a delay. Over 3 hrs on the way out, excited to see how much I’m delayed on the way back. Can I assume I need to get to the airport at the same time in the desperate hope that your huge efforts to bring things forward will pan out?

@Expedia Loyal customer that regularly books hotels with you, member of the loyalty programme. Just saved money by using a different device and not the app to make a booking as if I wasn’t a previous customer. Shouldn’t I get the best prices by using my account?

I spoke to two different people last time who assured me that the developers were going to resolve this. Today, price on left is not logged in, price on right is logged in with my ‘loyalty’ account. Feels a bit like you’re trying to catch out people who are loyal. Please explain.

Hi there Chris, we do apologise for the inconvenience caused. This is due to damage of the overhead wires between West Hampstead and St Albans. Even though this is a Thameslink line some southern services are having to run fast to avoid them being affected further. This service is still running but not for the stations you require. ^TT
