He is evil. He shows no empathy, no shame, no compassion and no remorse. He enables dangerous people, shields failure, and uses public money, housing and policy to sustain the very conditions that put innocent people at risk. He has never stood with ordinary people. He has stood with the system, with cover-up, and with every failure that leaves the public exposed. And now he wants to perform grief. His words mean nothing.

How dare you? Just how dare you?? I want to cry with anger reading this post. Let alone those beautiful girls families. You skipped to Southport, lobbed a wreath in the direction of all the other tributes. Ran away and called everyone FAR RIGHT that were heartbroken, angry and scared for their own children. You have caused the biggest divide this country has ever seen. You locked people up for being angry and scared, some of which never came out alive. You actively withheld information about that murderer and his family. You knew the level of failure that led to that thing taking the lives of children and injuring many more. You forbade any other MP to raise questions about that murderer or the situation. You doubled down and blamed us! Distraught mums and worried parents. If it was possible to despise you anymore I do, having read this post.
Keir Starmer@Keir_Starmer

The brutal, senseless murders of Bebe, Elsie and Alice marked one of the darkest moments in our country’s history. The report today is truly harrowing and profoundly disturbing. It sets out systematic failures that led to this terrible event. I’ve been overwhelmed by the bravery and determination of their families and while nothing will ever bring these three little girls back, I’m determined to make the fundamental changes needed to keep the public safe. I will do everything I can to honour the memory of Bebe, Elsie, and Alice.

Thing is @FraserNelson, the Spectator under your editorship was an actual *partner* of an Orban-aligned thinktank. Andrew Neil was the master of ceremonies at this launch event at the Hungarian embassy with multiple Spectator columnists.

Viktor Orban's model of 'illiberal conservatism' has been exported world over - its basics found in AfD, Le Pen, MAGA and Reform UK. After 16 years, the results are in. And Hungarians go to the polls tomorrow. My column on the lessons of Orbanism:- times-comment.com/orban

‼️🔥🚨Breaking At a time when noise often replaces nuance, Keir Starmer @Keir_Starmer is quietly restoring the value of measured, principled leadership. His emphasis on diplomacy, commitment to international alliances, and focus on long-term stability over short-term theatrics reflect a rare seriousness in modern politics. Not every leader needs to be loud—sometimes credibility, clarity, and consistency speak far louder. 🇬🇧 @10DowningStreet @UKLabour

I think she was Liz 4% — the vote share she got in the Labour leadership contest. There was also as you say Choo-Choo, the MayBot and later on I introduced the ClusterTruss.

@afneil What % was Liz again? And who could forget choo-choo portillo? Them there were the days… 🙃

I think it very fair to say we have the right leader of the UK in these very difficult and challenging times. Not only is @Keir_Starmer is achieving great things at home and slowly repairing the terrible damage done by the Tories, but internationally, he represents us with great intelligence and dignity in face of the mad man in the White House @realDonaldTrump. Also, and best of all, he is now steering us back home to where we truly belong, the heart of Europe and the EU. So far, I give the man a deserved 10/10. #TenYearKeir #CalmerWithStarmer

@DrHWazir I’m sorry - resident doctors are holding the country to ransom after getting a better settlement than any other public servant, and it’s time they just waited for a bit. They are losing the public’s trust.

The Keir Starmer and Wes Streeting logic; you can either have a job or you can be paid reasonably - you can’t have both! A true Labour government for the people 🤝

The Labour Prime Minister @Keir_Starmer and Health Secretary @wesstreeting are now talking about cutting the number of offered NHS doctor speciality training jobs, and this should concern the public, not just doctors. Doctors don’t become Consultants, GPs or Surgeons straight after medical school. After graduating, they have to enter speciality training, to train to become these specialists. If you reduce the number of training posts, you reduce the number of specialist doctors available to treat patients. The UK is already an under-doctored country compared to many European nations, and we already have long waiting lists across the NHS. At the same time, thousands of qualified doctors are being turned away from speciality training every year because there simply are not enough training posts. There were 40,000 doctors applying for 10,000 speciality training jobs in 2025 alone. Cutting training posts will not reduce waiting lists or improve patient care. It will do the opposite, because fewer training posts means fewer specialists available to see patients, perform operations, and run services. So when people are waiting months to see a specialist or years for surgery, it is important to understand that a major reason of this is because the number of training posts is capped, and those caps are a political decision as the number of available jobs is set by the Government. Instead, we have a Labour Government directly threatening to cut the number of offered doctors jobs. When you have to wait years for your surgery or months to see a specialist, ask yourself why.

Caldwell’s support for the Khmer Rouge, which then killed him, made him an archetypal leftist dupe. And so he was. But the UK and US then give the Khmer Rouge diplomatic support because it was anti-Soviet. Who was worse the idiot academic or the cynical governments?
The Name of War@TheNameofWar

Scottish academic Malcolm Caldwell was a staunch defender of the Khmer Rouge, dismissing reports of famine and genocide as "western propaganda". On 22 Dec, 1978, he was granted a rare personal audience with his hero, Cambodian dictator Pol Pot. He was shot in his hotel room a few hours later.

Hi @SuellaBraverman. You have it wrong, starting with the title of my office... 🤦‍♂️. Please read all the text and the supporting documents and stop playing politics with the People of Gibraltar whose future YOU and your ilk put in great jeopardy with #Brexit. Stop misleading with your selective quotation of a complex document largely negotiated by YOUR Conservative government when it was in office and YOU were Home Secretary.
Suella Braverman@SuellaBraverman

When I predicted that this was going to happen, the First Minster said I was wrong. It turned out that he was wrong… or misleading. We have ceded control of Gibraltar to Spain. It is now British in name only. It can’t go on like this.
