I will not be drawn into the APC vs PDP online fight. My focus is simple. Two states, Ogun State and Oyo State, led by Dapo Abiodun and Seyi Makinde since 2019.
One faced heavy criticism from day one but stayed focused, and you can point to visible projects consistently. The other enjoyed strong online praise, yet the tangible outcomes donโt match the noise.

I gave my car to the mechanic to fix some things and while test-driving the car, he hit another vehicle causing serious damage to the car, which required replacement of the tyre, repairs and repainting on the body. In the end, I spent a little above 200k.
Should I still pay him his workmanship for the original work?

Anytime my husband and I fought, I stopped cooking.
I didnโt care if he had eaten or not.
I would just make food for myself and leave him to sort himself out.
He never argued. He would simply order food or fix something for himself.
Iโd only resume cooking when I was calm again.
Then one month, we had another fightโฆ and as usual, I didnโt cook. The month ended, and he still sent my allowanceโฆ
Plus the full foodstuff money like he always does. He even sent the money he had promised my dad.
I was surprised. I asked him why he would still send food money when I hadnโt been cooking.
He simply said,
โBecause itโs my responsibility.โ
I felt so ashamed.
That was the last time I ever did that.
Now, even when Iโm upset, I still cook for him.
And Iโve noticed somethingโฆ
Most of our quarrels donโt even last anymore.
Somehow, we always end up talking things out while eating.
Small things like this save marriages.

So apparently, I appreciate Ebano staff holding on to their promises of helping me hold her down whenever she comes around again.
So yesterday evening a number called me. I didnโt pick up because it was an unknown number. He kept on calling for like four or five times, then sent a text that sheโs here, that i should start coming.
By the time i got there she left because i was a bit late. So they had to take her number down. ( something she could have done last time). So I got the number and texted her.

I followed my guy to one of his projects today. When he told the plumber he was coming, the plumber asked him not to come, saying today is the main work and suggesting he should come around 5โ6pm instead. That already felt suspicious. My guy thought maybe the plumber was up to something
So we went there around 11am and met them almost dismantling the whole building. My guy got angry and said he wouldnโt pay the balance unless everything was plastered back properly. The plumber started begging, saying thatโs why he didnโt want him to come earlier,he didnโt want him to see the work in progress and promised to fix everything.
Honestly, is that professional? With how expensive cement and blocks are, demolishing like that is just wrong.

However, he posted a video yesterday showing him and his fellow insurgents mobilizing for a raid with multiple rifles and motorcycles carrying at least two men per bike. The trees and vegetation in the footage strongly suggest the location is somewhere in Northwest Nigeria.
