States are also protecting people from toxic chemicals in food packaging!
Several states have banned #PFAS in food packaging. Maine also banned #phthalates, and Vermont banned PFAS, phthalates, and #bisphenols in packaging materials. 🍽️

Clean Water Action has serious concerns about the water usage, the PFAS and the lack of jobs this place would bring. Data Centers are loud, brightly lit and cause severe health problems for those around it.

And as we've put in legislation each yr. to repeal the unrealistic goals of the Act on Climate, not a Democrat was heard supporting it... now desperate, McKee sees the light. I wonder if we'll get letters of support this year for our bills seeking to roll back these costly plans?

None of this is surprising. @RIHouseGOP @MikeWChip @Blake_Filippi myself and many others - including several of our Democratic colleagues, warned in 2021 that the Act on Climate was a disaster waiting to happen and would eventually require repeal and here we are...
