Recent tragedies at Lynch Arena in Pawtucket and Brown University are a reminder of the work we still have to do to end gun violence. Today, I join community members for Peace Day at the Park to honor those we’ve lost and recommit to ending gun violence.

An Afghan ally who served alongside U.S. troops, had no criminal record, and was legally brought into the United States died within 24 hours of being taken into ICE custody. ICE is blocking the release of the autopsy. This is horrific. We need the autopsy results now.
