Don't worry guys. According to Poly, the government has received declarations for half of all the banned guns out there. Program is a resounding success. Oh and anyone who doesn't agree with this is just the evil gun lobby. Of course, 38,000 participants accounts for only ~1.5% of all PAL holders, and likely less than 5% of all the actual NPF's out there, but don't worry about any of those silly 'facts' or anything, Poly says they got 'half' of them. Must be true.

Poilievre is being realistic Steve. He, like most Canadians, know that this project if it even gets built will be a giant money pit. As for your claims about "Canadians" caring, this project is Ontario and Quebec only. The only thing the rest of Canada care about is that the government is wasting their money on a virtue signalling white elephant.
