The anti-alcohol stuff has become totally hysterical. It’s the worst and the gayest of the 90s anti-smoking propaganda all over again. Give up alcohol if you want but the stuff isn’t battery acid. A sip won’t send you to the hospital. A glass of wine ruined three days of your life? When did it become normal and acceptable for men to brag about their weak constitutions? Really weird.

For blood sugar control after a meal, doing 10 squats every 45 minutes outperforms a dedicated 30 min walk by 14%.
