This has been going on for a while now Consultant + Comp Sci degree = FDE at some AI Native company Lots of start-ups use sketchy job titles to grab good consultant types To be fair A lot of the top AI Native start-ups rn actually have very very cool FDEish type of roles for these customer-facing/technical folks These seem to be some of the most desirable roles Hired like 6 of these just last month at some top top start ups If ur a candidate, you just need to be detailed in ur interview process and get clear expectations of what the job truly is And you'll be solid
