@DarrieLorna Thanks for this @DarrieLorna - I’ve reposted. I’ve been knee deep in professionalism literature for the last 3 months to develop new learning packages- it has been exciting but visceral. Can think of plenty of workplaces in my past where incivility was fast becoming ingrained.
