Context windows will grow and get cheaper, but that’s not the real breakthrough.” “The real shift is memory.” “Over time, your coding agent should become fundamentally different from mine.” “Just like humans, expertise comes from accumulated experience, not raw intelligence.” “That’s something model releases alone won’t give you.”

If someone says ‘I have crushing chest pain and shortness of breath,’ that’s obvious. But symptoms can also be more ambiguous.” “If you miss the emergency cases, that’s a huge problem.” “But if you tell everyone to call 911 or go straight to the emergency department, an already stretched health system breaks.”
