
Mainline vitamin C like your life depends on it. Oranges are the easiest way. Supplements are rarely as bio-available.
Drink hot water. Lots of. It'll help the sore throat and the heat / steam will help clear the sinuses.
Don't over exert yourself so as much energy goes to the immune system as possible but equally don't sit around. Maybe go for a gentle walk and get some sunshine exposure.
The last one might be subjective on my part, but works for me. Eat some steak.
