Where Americans moved to and from in 2025. Massachusetts experienced the most loss of any state, Kansas the most of any Republican state, and South Carolina grew the fastest of any state. In contrast, Delaware grew the fastest of any Democrat state. Republican states dominated in growth overall. Follow: @AFpost

@AFpost The democrats have absolutely DESTROYED the quality of life in Illinois I can vouch for that. Our tax burden is crushing us.

@goblinpegged You seriously can’t be so dumb to believe Idaho is predominantly populated by extremists. It’s a beautiful state, but more importantly, it’s responsibly run by conservatives.

I’ve got some bad news, and it’s a tough pill to swallow, but if you’ve invested a significant amount in A.I. you’re going to lose your shirt. And probably your pants. Hopefully not your underwear.

Two days ago Jeff Bezos said the bottom half of Americans should pay zero federal income tax. His example: a nurse in Queens making $75K and sending $12,000 to Washington every year. “We shouldn’t be asking this nurse in Queens to send money to Washington. They should be sending her an apology.” And he’s right. The uncomfortable part is that the people who could actually make that happen have been fighting it for decades. The same system that taxed that nurse $12,000 gave billion dollar corporations a tax rate lower than hers. Bezos saying the quiet part out loud doesn’t fix anything. But it does make it a lot harder to pretend the problem doesn’t exist.

@bluemontanasky @DerrickEvans4WV Expand your thinking and do some research. They were rebuilding at a crazy speed with the help of equipment and support from our enemies. Trump is president of the US. All of the US. Other presidents let this go on for nearly 50 years of terrorism.

Couldn’t even fill my truck up cause the pump kicks off at $100. Got 3/4 tank. This is NOT sustainable for the working class people in this country.

@bonchieredstate Folgers?! GTFOOH. You can get gourmet-ass coffee by the bag and make it at home for a fraction of the price of mediocre store-bought Starbucks coffee. AND retain your sense of basic human dignity by not drinking Folgers. I grew up on Folgers. Never again.

I’m a Midwesterner who lives in the Deep South. And I do not understand the appeal of boiled peanuts. They are not good.

My uncle had a heart attack. He survived. He wishes he hadn't seen the bill. Ambulance: $3,200. ER: $44,000 Surgery: $180,000. ICU: $22,000 per day. For 4 days. Rehab: $1,400/day. Insurance negotiated it down to $97,000 out of pocket. He's 65. He'll die still paying this off. in every other developed country, this bill is $0. We don't have a healthcare system. We have a hostage situation.

My timeline is full of “3-time Trump voters” who apparently just believe any bullshit they see on social media and now are openly cheering for Dems to take the midterms and 2028. Imagine wanting to hand your country over to Communists because Trump didn’t make your milk warm enough. No term is perfect, and this one has been far from it. But it’s much better than the weirdos on your podcasts would have you believe. Just to be clear, you people are traitors. You aren’t principled. You aren’t pious. You’re just gullible, dogshit citizens.

@Bushdiid420 @ObnoxiousCJWebb @Awk20000 It actually was. I’m Gen X, grew up in a working class family, and we rarely ate out. Maybe once a week we’d order Pizza Hut or something. Usually it was less often than that.

@ObnoxiousCJWebb @Awk20000 You need to catch up. The line is now that fast food was a pretty decadent luxury that only the luckiest among us was lucky to have more than a few times growing up. Before the end of the week, you assholes will have eaten nothing but bark for 30 years

Jeff Bezos on CNBC: "If people want me to pay more billions, then let's have that debate, but don't pretend that that's gonna solve the problem. You could double the taxes I pay, and it's not gonna help that teacher in Queens.... Airbnb isn't causing high rents. What's really causing high rent is government intervention."
