@ScaltritiLab Aggiungerei che con un trattamento radioterapico stereotassico ad intento ablativo, caratterizzato da una tossicità sostanzialmente trascurabile, nella maggior parte dei casi potrebbe evitarsi il trattamento farmacologico, con i suoi costi e la sua tossicità.

Che ci crediate o meno, non considero nulla di tutto ciò fantascienza. E il fattore limitante non sarà l’evoluzione tecnologica o bioinformatica, ma probabilmente la volontà e la possibilità di fare scelte politiche ed economiche in questa direzione. Fine.

Come sarà il futuro dell’oncologia? Un thread. La solita premessa, questa è la mia visione dettata da quello che ho vissuto e da quello sto vivendo. Ed è basata sul potenziale tecnologico e scientifico, non sulle possibilità economiche e volontà politiche.
