Today is AGNIS’s LAST DAY in its current avatar April 29th 🔥 Exactly 2 years since I opened the shutters in May 2024. Started with just 100 customers a month, Today? 1200+ per month From a tiny 6-seater to what it is now… this chapter ends today. But a bigger one begins tomorrow. ❤️ I am a 1st-gen entrepreneur with ZERO guidance or godfather, or family gen wealth Quit my job, invested 5-8 lakhs of my job savings, and became the cashier, cook, founder, cleaner everything, working 15-18 hrs a day alone was a joy & also lonely part 😅 Family & close friends turned their backs(stopped supporting, talking, ignoring hehe eveything). 3 months in, I had lost all my savings because it didnt go as planned(location not good, zero marketing)high food cost, daily wastages due to concept of Fresh not frozen, seafood used to literally THROW AWAY😭 and was staring at a closed shutter One regular customer casually asked, “Why don’t you try burgers?” That single line changed everything but had to go sevral iterations Ghee Roast Burger → FAILED US-style Frozen Patty Burger → FAILED Thigh Burger → FAILED But the Coastal Thigh Burger? It HIT. 🔥 November 2024, a few Yenepoya med students from Deralakatte came via referrals. They loved it so much they flooded their groups. For the next 2 months, nearly 80% of Yenepoya Medical students were showing up daily, all the way from Deralakatte. Then it spread like wildfire: Father Mullers → AJ Shetty → KMC. And then @kripalamanna sir walked in. His visit 5X’d my customer base overnight and pushed me to keep the consistency insane till today & I can produly say nearly 95% of sirs customers went back HAPPY. Sir, I can never thank you enough. 🙏 So yes… today is the LAST DAY of this version of AGNIS But we’re not closing. We’re EXPANDING. Walls are coming down. The shop behind us is now ours, 6-seater becomes a 15-seater fresh-to-order live kitchen experience 1-month deadline. Everything starts from ZERO again. My journey was from -1 to 0 Now it’s from 0 to 1 I wouldnt be here today writing this without ur guidance & support Sir's @kawal279 @TheBigGeek @vinodchendhil @aroorprashanth @Srinidhi_SS One of AGNIS Early believers despite having only 1 veg item😆 and ur intro to team BHP helped a lot🥰 @vasantshetty81 @FoundersPodcast: Without ur maxims & episodes staying motivated would be difficult and to keep learning from great founders helps a lot!!! @davidsenra : Founders has shaped my thinking and way of working in running my outlet AGNIS like never before am glad i found ur episodes in Nov 2022 & also TODD GRAVES🫡I still refer back to that episode everytime I Thank all my customers for trusting AGNIS & for worth considering referring to ur friends & family!!! I am not done and this is just the START AGNI'S 🔥 "Do 1 thing & do it better than anybody else"

So for our video service, coming month is booked with 15 brands, June is booked with 5 brands and if I want to keep running, my ads should start soon to get more clients in June and onward. What do u think will be the cac for such a service on meta, targeting d2c founders? 5000?

I have been running ads on Meta since 7 years now Yes it do gets inconsistent in between but gets back to normal in a day or two. But this time, for straight 2 months, it’s hardly consistent with the performance even after uploading 90+ new ads

Veer tasted fruit juice first time yesterday, he is turning two next month. Yes, first time. We were attending a function and someone gave him the juice, I didn't stop him. But then I realized, at home he is daily seeing me eating usual dal rice paneer, seeing my wife eating eggs or chicken. He eats same food everyday. Growing at usual rate, active and weight is great. Why should I stop him from drinking a juice. He is yet to taste a chocolate. Most parents don’t realize this, but early exposure to sugar is not just about calories or “health”. It’s about conditioning. There’s solid research showing that repeated exposure to high-sugar foods in early childhood increases preference for sweetness later in life. Kids aren’t born craving ultra-sweet foods at this level. That’s trained. The World Health Organization recommends limiting free sugars to less than 10% of total energy intake, and ideally below 5% for additional health benefits, especially in children. Not because one juice is harmful, but because patterns matter. And that’s where psychology comes in. There’s a concept called “mere exposure effect”. The more frequently a child is exposed to a certain taste, the more they begin to prefer it. It works both ways. Give them sugary foods daily, they crave sugar. Give them simple home food daily, that becomes their normal. Right now, Veer’s “normal” is dal, rice, paneer, eggs, chicken. That’s a massive win. But here’s the flip side, and this is where I think most people get it wrong. Over-restriction can backfire. Kids who grow up with extremely rigid food rules often develop higher curiosity, even obsession, around “forbidden foods”. When they finally get access, they don’t just try it, they over consume it. You’ll see this all the time. The kid who was never allowed chocolate ends up eating 5 in one go at a birthday party.

Have you ever wondered what really makes an Inverter AC different from a Non-Inverter AC and which one actually gives better value for money ? Many people think Inverter AC works on a home inverter battery but that’s not true the real difference is in how the compressor works In a Non-Inverter AC, the compressor keeps turning ON and OFF which leads to higher electricity consumption A 1.5-ton AC running 8 hours daily can consume around ₹2900–₹3300 per month On the other hand, an Inverter AC adjusts its speed instead of switching off so it uses less power Its monthly cost comes around ₹1700–₹2500 Now let’s talk about price A Non-Inverter AC costs around ₹28k–₹35k while an Inverter AC costs ₹35k–₹45k So you pay ₹7k–₹10k more initially but save ₹700–₹1200 every month That means after some time your extra cost gets recovered and after that, it’s pure saving Now tell me When buying an AC, what matters more to you the price or the electricity bill ?

How is it legal for demolition work to happen at 11.30 p.m @tnpoliceoffl @chennaicorp?? Loud noise of clearing debris and dust flying everywhere. I dialed 100 to file a complaint and I was on hold for a whole 10 minutes and still no one picked up? Is this the kind of response time for an emergency? @chennaipolice_ Demolition company owner says "Please adjust we don't have permission for lorry to come during day to load the debris". So demolishing sounds during the day in a residential area and at night also no peace? I have senior citizens with health conditions at home, how will they sleep? I can't go to bed either, it's too loud. I'm losing sleep thanks to this.
