@akshayakrishnaa The problem here is that the LPG pump is in the service road to the National highway and the only access is via this road. If they queue up on the other side it would be a disaster by the time they crossed the Kuntikan junction . Also this whole thing was manned by traffic cops

What civic sense? Making a queue on the wrong side of the road blocking 1/3rd of the road??

Queue for LPG ( not CNG) in Mangalore. Stretching nearly 1km from opp AJ hospital till Kottara cross . Never thought i would see this happen in Mangalore. Civic sense on point though 😁

@vikelkar @ManeeManjunath @zeoncharging Absolutely enjoying it . It’s been nearly 6 months since we sold the Volvo . Couldn’t find a suitable replacement. But this EV6 came very close in terms of comfort and ride comfort . As far as performance is concerned this is insane . Nothing comes close.

Drove to and back from Mangalore over the last week. Apart from a few stretches that are undergoing construction, the roads are pretty decent. We drive an electric car and did 2stops with the kids. But easily doable on 1. On the return journey we saw multiple EVs doing the same journey. The charging infrastructure could easily do with scaling. By far @zeoncharging seems the best of the charging stations out there. Ideally located at Hotels/Restaurants. If you’re building charging infrastructure, let’s connect, I had some ideas and suggestions that could really benefit.

@ManeeManjunath @zeoncharging I was a little nervous of taking the EV6, as i had to be in Bangalore before a certain time, plus Car was new and i was new to EVs too . But one call to @akhilkv of Zeon and all my worries were erased . After the trip i have even confidence to do long distance EV trips 😁

@ManeeManjunath I had a family emergency in Bangalore So did a Marathon drive to Bangalore and back the same day on my EV6. 4hrs 30 mins drive time each way . With one charge stop in each leg. But charging completed 90% before i could finish my food 😁. @zeoncharging are insanely fast!

Thanks to push from @ravikeerthi22,i Visited the @Indiametdept facilty at Managalore recently. It was amazing learning experience for a novice weather enthusiast like me. Got to see their advanced C-Band Doppler Radar, Surface observation system & Weather balloon system as well

@Srinidhi_SS The Moyar Gorge, located near the town of Masinagudi which one passes through, before commencing the Kalhatti Ghat climb upto Ooty, is said to be even older than the Western Ghats, at 2.6 billion years old.

Drove back from Bangalore today evening. The western ghats were looking Majestic in the rear view mirror 😍

@AThipaiah Amazing ! I’ve always been fascinated by the western ghats . I read whatever info is available online . But this is the first time I’m hearing all this . I have a fascination with maps and i keep seeing Google maps whenever I’m free . It’s some weird obsession 😅
