The Americans granted the Hungarians an exemption from the sanctions regarding Russian oil.
Croatia can now make a decent amount of money by moving Russian oil to both Hungary and Slovakia (since Ukraine is not permitting it at present).

If the Hungarian side wants to buy Russian oil, then please supply Russian oil. As we know, we have received an exemption from the Russian sanctions. There is no point in getting stuck on theoretical capacity figures. This is not about calculating numbers, it’s about actually filling the pipelines with Russian oil.
