To wake up this morning to the news of powerful men, the “games” they play. I'm grateful that I escaped the men in my life who tried to exert their power over me. Grateful to the men who made me see that “power” doesn’t come from domination.

@Keir_Starmer you just emailed me saying last night was a tough result for Labour. I'd say it was a wreckin disaster!! If you're listening. you're not hearing Labour members. To fix the economy - poor people need excess money! When they have £5 left - they spend it!

Angie, we need braver, and argumentative MPs to lead this party! Andy Burnham would have done better. WE need people who are not afraid of making money from the rich and giving it to the poor. If we want to rebuild the economy, we need to give poorer people money to spend.

This result must be a wake up call. It’s time to really listen - and to reflect. Voters want the change that we promised - and they voted for. If we want to unrig the system, if we want to make the change we were sent into Government to make, we have to be braver. A labour agenda that puts people first. That’s what all of us across our movement need to rededicate ourselves to this morning.
