Mkhwanazi was issued a subpoena for an appearance today. Sello has requested a postponement of Mkhwanazi's testimony until March 12th. Mkhwanazi's legal counsel is seeking a more extended deferral. Khumalo states that he only met with Mkhwanazi yesterday evening. Mkhwanazi's legal team indicates that he requires an eye operation and a subsequent recovery period. They have requested a postponement to March 23rd. Sello has expressed concerns that this would lead to significant scheduling difficulties.
