NEW: Ohio man lights a cigarette and eats it during a live Fox 19 broadcast about President Trump's visit to Cincinnati. Reporter Alexis Martin was live reporting when the man in the background was seen shoving the cigarette in his mouth. The man then started chewing the cigarette before the broadcast cut to a video of Trump.

@Rightanglenews Why would you "put it up" without the talking filibuster if you don't have the votes?! At least the talking filibuster gives voters a chance to hear where everyone stands and their reasoning. It's much more likely to pass if you have to justify your vote.

NEW: Garbage collector finds a wanted suspect in a trash can moments before he tossed the trash in the garbage truck. The suspect, who now has the nickname 'Oscar the Grouch,' was pulled over by a Huber Heights, Ohio, police officer during a traffic stop. When the vehicle stopped, the suspect, identified as 27-year-old Jonathan McMillan, got out and fled. The officer lost sight of McMillan and set up a perimeter. Thanks to the sanitization worker, McMillan was discovered in the trash can. "Thanks to the impressive athletic ability and swift response of our very own Officer Perez, the suspect was safely apprehended," the police department said. McMillan was booked on obstructing official business and resisting arrest. He had a warrant from Miami County.
