I was in the city yesterday and forgot about the ordinance until I tried to buy some. Homeless drug addicts roaming around, but at least they can't buy a wild berry Velo pack. Priorities.

Its a nightmare for anyone within a few miles of these centers and pollutants travel much further than that. All they do is take
