#OUTA tried to engage with @rtia_aarto, provincial governments and all authorities involved. (Since 2017). They don't want to listen. Left us no choice but to take the whole #AARTO matter to court.

@OUTASA Once again government wants to implement legislation which has not been thought through properly. In future I suggest government gets off its high horse and engages with experts in the private sector. This will save them billions of Rand's in the long run.

I see nothing in this report to suggest that the incredibly [legally] misinformed EMPD made any effort to establish the voracity of the doctor's claims and I sincerely doubt that she said she was "late for work". Let's see what happens in court tomorrow. @News24
