@loveholidays I have a serious complaint which I am extremely unhappy with how it’s been dealt with and refute the information you have been given. I would appreciate someone contacting me directly as this is absolutely disgusting and we’ve basically been called liars

@HRHtenerife beyond disappointed. Having brought issues to your attention whilst at the resort our booking provider has accused us of lying as #hardrockhotel #Tenerife apparently has no record of our complaint. Poor form!
