Ordered for Paneer Veg roll, received chicken roll. Lodged a complain, got a refund of ₹214 (after asking for it, otherwise Suraj was giving me just ₹144) and that’s it? NOTHING ELSE? PS: I have also complained with Faasos. @faasos @zomato @zomatocare @Help_at_Faasos

Pathetic service yet again from @faasos @Help_at_Faasos . I ordered a simple roll from at outlet that is at a 7 minute ETA from my location. The order is first delayed by an hour and then the delivery executive reaches the wrong location.

@faasos @Help_at_Faasos This is completely unethical, I ordered last night via @zomato, a Paneer wrap, but instead got chicken one. You guys served Non-veg to a vegetarian person, this is utterly ridiculous from you. @zomatocare You should ban such outlets from your app.

@Swiggy @SwiggyCares @faasos @Help_at_Faasos Just ordered Chole chawal bowls from swiggy and received one paneer bowl and one non veg bowl. Being a vegetarian, this was a horrible experience that I had. On raising the query, swiggy just refunded my money and no further talks.
