@IndiGo6E waiting for my baby stroller for 30 minutes at hyderabad airport & still no clue when will I receive it travelling from kozhikode to singapore via hyderabad ...have to catch my connecting flight. If I miss who will be responsible?
I wanted to cancel their flights, I have sent all the reports and still you haven’t replied to my emails. We are already distressed about this situation and you’re not helping this cause either. Please help @IndiGo6E@TurkishAirlines
@IndiGo6E, @TurkishAirlines I have been trying to contact you through your customer care email regarding my senior citizen parents but I haven’t heard anything back from you despite of all the reminders and calling, you guys seem to be least bothered . My dad isn’t keeping well
@IndiGo6E you take so much pride in operating flights on time, but I had a bad experience this time.
The winter is already behind us and no reason for flight to get delayed flight was late by 45 mins due to which I missed my train and incurred loss of Rs 3000.
I need a refund!

@IndiGo6E I had heard about people having bad experience with @IndiGo6E but now I myself became a victim of it. Even after requesting to stick a Fragile label on my bag it was not done by the person sitting at the check-in counter. I told him that I have photo frames in my bag.
@IndiGo6E@shrankhla3 I faced same issue, they cracked my bag, damaged one wheel, and broke the lock loop. Offered me Rs 500 as compensation. Damages were in amt of Rs 10k. They will offer you same. Best resolution is replace the bag or pay for the damages. I still too date didn't get NY resolution.
Very much disappointed by the service of @IndiGo6E . I would appeal to all the travelers of this airline to be careful. Would advice you to take photos of your luggage at the check-in counter and on the conveyor belt and contact the Indigo counter at the airport itself.

I just received a call from Sonia on behalf of Go Ibibo. She said Indigo will initiate the 100% refund soon however by mistake closed the ticket , hence I should re-escalate the same.. pls look into it and resolve.

Dear @IndiGo6E, I have been following up for my lost baggage at Mumbai Airpot T1 terminal since last 24 hours. The staff in Goa MOPA was very helpful in initial steps with emailing AL to Mumbai Airport Authority. Mumbai Lost and Found department has been more helpful than Indigo.

@IndiGo6E flight 6e2093 del- ranchi @ 1435 26mar’24 seat 5c is premium seat, barely sittable. Have ur staff sit, experience its debilitating cushion. Person with lumbar problem reporting this matter.How u alloperate with faulty unusable seats @ premium? @DGCAIndia

No support from @IndiGo6E on claim related to mishandling of luggage. I travelled from Indigo Flight 6E 178 from Patna to Ahmedabad on 25.03.2024. The PNR is CSQD8Z. I found the luggage broken at arrival and the customer support is giving unnecessary excuses on related claim.
