Extremely disappointed with Turkish Airlines’ handling of a delayed & damaged baggage issue. I travelled from Dublin to Delhi on a Turkish Airlines ticket, with the final leg operated under their codeshare agreement with IndiGo.

even though the ticket was issued by them. Under international aviation rules, passengers should not be pushed between airlines in codeshare arrangements. This experience has been stressful, inconvenient, and unacceptable for an international carrier of this scale.

My checked suitcase was delivered 2 days lateand arrived severely damaged and completely unusable. Despite this, Turkish Airlines’ response was simply to deflect responsibility and ask me to contact the partner airline — offering no assistance, no coordination, and no ownership,

Qatar Airways insists the refund or resolution has already been handled by Cleartrip. This endless loop has not only delayed justice, it has completely denied it. Is this how you treat your customers, @anujrathi @qatarairways @Cleartrip

Since then, my aging parents have been tirelessly following up with both Cleartrip and Qatar Airways for weeks. Each side continues to pass the responsibility to the other. Cleartrip claims the matter has been forwarded to the airline. Best, Arpan
