I just hit 160 words per minute. I started freaking out towards the end and kind of slipped up. I felt like I could've definitely gone a little faster but I was just freaking out. 180 wpm peak! that's crazy

Sometimes, I think about when I've been sick in the past and had a clogged nose and coughing, and I remember how good it felt to breathe once I recovered. And then I take a deep breath

I had a dream today where someone told me that I needed to wake up. And in my dream, I tried to wake up but couldn't so I decided that I wasn't dreaming. Because if I was dreaming, I could've just woken up.

When I boxed I could hold my breathe so long I would get scared that I wasn't breathing. Over 2 min something like that. Now I can barely hold it 30 seconds
