@_MeJAdams Sorry Joseph, we are not experiencing any issues at the moment Can you try Common Fixes for Unexpected Errors: Restart the Application/Device: Often resolves temporary glitches. Update Windows/Software: Check for updates in Settings (Windows) or the App Store (macOS).

Ok @HiveHelper Some feedback: 1. 😍Thermostat, I like this feature! 2. 🤯What if I go to the loo/make tea a lot? Does it turn it back on when I walk back in? What if someone else is watching? 🤦‍♀️ 3. 🧐How much energy will be wasted by these turning on and off all the time?

@HiveHelper Oh, that's disappointing. I've not seen any notice that this is happening. The web interface (while not perfect) is easier to navigate than the app, especially when it comes to easilty changing a heating schedule. I just find it clunky and awkward. Thank you for letting me know.

@HiveHelper Hi, I'm not receiving the verification SMS when logging in on a desktop browser. It didn't work this morning (about 6.30am) and it's still not working now. (Also, can't you add a 'Stay logged in' instead of logging out after only a few minutes?)

@HiveHelper why is it impossible to speak with anyone at Hive (apart from a virtual assistant)? I have an issue with heat on demand that I’m unable to resolve (thermostat conflicting with TRV’s due to changes in the way Hive now operates)

@HiveHelper 6 week old thermostat system and now the hub will not connect. Because I purchased from Amazon is the faulty hub not under warranty? Hive customer service seems to think Amazon has to deal with it at my expense.

@hivehelper Does the Hive app work on IOS 18 and above now? Seems like it’s been a long time that it’s not been working on iPhones not connecting to the hub (saying it’s offline) when it’s not and as such rendering the app useless! Will this ever be resolved ?

@HiveHelper recently been have issue with my hive thermostat. For some reason it turning the heating on for 5 mins then back off even though it no ware near set point. I am concerned that such short cycling is bad for my boiler
